我會留意到手指的瑜伽效果,契機是一位前來瑜伽道場的重度腦疾患者;當時,還有些心靈上需要療癒的人,也在道場學習。面對學員的需求,沖老師的箴言「手是露出在外的腦部」一直在我心中迴盪,也讓我開始思考──如果對手部加以刺激,能否帶來良好的效果?

在實行轉動手指及按揉手心等技巧的過程中,我掌握到了一件事。laennec與健康狀態相比,腦部或心理方面有問題時,身體或手部會較為僵硬。若是緩緩揉壓手心給與刺激,甚至有人會馬上打起呼來進入夢鄉。

這樣的經驗讓我注意到,按摩手部改善血液循環,具有抒解腦部緊張、提高副交感神經功能的效果。

讓手指變得柔軟,從結果上來說,關係到消除身體及腦部的疲勞。

對腦瘤患者進行手指瑜伽,出現了腫瘤變小的戲劇性改善。心靈方面有疾患的人,也能藉此逐漸脫離慢性的緊張感,就跟以開懷大笑來放鬆的療效一樣。我們可以深刻地感受到「手」擁有的各種力量。

瑜伽道場是透過修行來導正身心不協調、取回平衡的地方。光靠揉按手部並無法改善疾病,有助於恢復身心平衡的均衡飲食也是重要因素之一。雖說如此,刺激手部能產生極大作用是確有其事的。

透過前述的經驗,並以韓國柳泰佑博士創作的「高麗手指針」圖為基礎,我完成了「手指瑜伽對照圖」。laennec這就是現在的龍村式手指瑜伽。

睜得大大地怎麼都睡不著;這是由於腦部還處於緊張狀態,所以無法好好休息。就用手指瑜伽來解除腦部的緊張狀態,先從緩緩地張開雙手、握拳開始,放鬆全身,睡場好覺吧!

Finger yoga for patients with brain tumors has dramatically improved tumors. People with mental illnesses can also gradually get rid of the chronic tension, just like the effect of relaxing with a big laugh. We can deeply feel the power of the "hand".

The Yoga Dojo is a place where the mind and body are uncoordinated and balanced by practice. A balanced diet that helps to restore balance between body and mind is also one of the important factors by simply pressing the hand and not improving the disease. Having said that, it is true that stimulating the hands can make a big difference.

Based on the above experience and based on the "Korean Hand Pointer" picture created by Dr. Liu Taiyou of Korea, I completed the "Finger Yoga Comparison Chart". This is the current Longcun finger yoga.
